In my practice, I specialize in helping business leaders and their teams optimize their unique personality traits to drive success. Before establishing my leadership consulting practice, I spent decades in leadership roles at agencies, as a client, and in B2B vendor organizations.
I’ve seen many teams underperform—not due to a lack of skill, but because leaders lacked self-awareness in their communication style, leading to conflict and hindering team operations. My experience spans sales management, business development, operations, and leadership development, and I now apply these lessons as a Sales Coach, HR Coach, and IT Coach to help others succeed.
Throughout the years, I’ve amassed a wealth of experience in sales management, business development, operations management, and leadership development. Today, I’m able to pass along the knowledge from those hard-learned lessons to my clients.
